2026 Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration - La Vista, NE

Description

Exhibit rates includes: 

- Event registration, electricity and internet access in the exhibit area;
- An excellent exhibit space that is ideal for interaction with conference attendees.
- Plenty of space for large equipment demonstrations outside of the exhibit hall.
- A reasonable $135.00 per night room rate at the Embassy Suites La Vista-Omaha Hotel & Conference Center 

Registration also includes all of the usual things you have come to expect from a MW-ISA Show:
- All breaks served inside the exhibit hall.
- A two hour-long social with exhibitors held in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening.
- Attendees directed to the trade show for all breaks and functions.
- The Silent Auction will also be held near the exhibit hall in conjunction with the trade show.
- Extended break times to make it easy to talk with attendees.

*Cancellation policy: A refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be given for all written requests received by January 15, 2026. You will need to email your request to staff@mwisa.org to cancel your registration. No refunds will be processed after January 15, 2026. 

Payment and logo must be received prior to January 15th to be included on marketing and promotional materials.
