Title: The Murder of Frank the Liberty Tree Speaker: Chris Rippey “The Murder of Frank the Liberty Tree” will cover the unnecessary removal of a 300-year-old bur oak in Kansas City. We will go over the worst case I have ever been involved with in the thirty years of Arborist work and talk about how even with the most advanced tree assessment tools in the world being used to show a tree was structurally stable, people can still be lead down the path to murder a tree that is older than the country they live in.
